Privacy Notice

This notice explains how the service handles personal data. Last updated: 11 August 2026.

Data and purposes

We process account/invite identifiers and saved choices to provide the service; contact name, email and message to answer enquiries; and, only with consent, pseudonymous usage events to improve the product. Public marketplace listing data is shown to help users search listings.

Legal bases

Service operation and saved preferences: performance of the requested service and legitimate interests in operating it. Contact enquiries: steps requested by you and legitimate interests in responding. Optional analytics: consent, which can be withdrawn at any time without affecting the service.

Recipients, transfers and security

Data is available only to the operator and necessary hosting/infrastructure providers acting under appropriate arrangements. The final notice will name those providers and describe any transfers outside the EEA after hosting is selected. Reasonable access controls, encryption in transit and data minimisation are used.

Retention

Optional analytics events and contact messages are retained for no more than 90 days. Saved searches, notes and review decisions remain until the account is deleted or the user requests deletion. Server backups may persist for a short documented backup cycle.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to legitimate-interest processing, or withdraw consent. You may complain to Latvia's Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija, dvi.gov.lv). Use the Contact page to exercise rights once the controller email is published.

Listing sources

Listings may contain information published by sellers on the source marketplace. The service preserves source data for search and change tracking. Contact details are not exposed beyond what the source listing publicly provides. Report outdated or inappropriate information through Contact.
